From becoming a former President of Oracle, Charles is considered to be qualified enough to fit in the position. Former CEO has 3 great reasons why he chose Phillips to replace him. First is that Phillips has great knowledge about the company due to his time spent in New York’s Wall Street. Second is that he is an absolute innovator and has a great customer relation. And finally, he can organize more capital which can power the next stage of the company’s growth. Obviously, Charles is the one who is qualified enough.
Being a multinational corporation, Infor can reach a large amount of revenue up to 2.2 billion dollars. Charles Phillips Infor might have to do a lot of research to solve some of the problems concerning the company. Infor has done a good amount of appearance in the industry that’s why it is confident to succeed. Since Charles Phillips Infor has promoted the growth for Oracle, it is expected that he can do better with Infor.
